2026 REGISTRATION RATES
Early Bird Conference Attendee (until February 18, 2026)*: $650
Regular Conference Attendee (February 19 – April 17, 2026): $800
Late/Onsite Conference Attendee (after April 17, 2026): $850
Speaker/Moderator: $450
*To qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received no later than February 18, 2026.
Attendee Registration Support and Speaker Travel Expense Support is available based on need. Applications will be accepted until February 15, 2026 or until funding is exhausted. You will be notified of your approval status within three weeks of applying.

Registration fees may be paid by either:

- Electronic check
- Check (U.S. dollars, payable to Lifesavers Conference)/Purchase Order. If you are mailing a check, send no later than April 10, 2026. After that date, register/pay online with credit card, or carry your check on-site.

- Lifesavers does NOT accept phone cancellations. Attendee registration cancellations must be made in writing and can be emailed to khoury@lifesaversconference.org. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
- Requests received by March 30, 2026 will be refunded less a $75 administration fee. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
- Requests made after March 30, 2026 or “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund.
- If you have not yet made payment when cancelling, you are still responsible for the $75 cancellation fee.
- Canceling your registration does NOT cancel your hotel reservation. You must cancel separately according to the hotel instructions.
- Substitutions are gladly accepted!
- Substitution of registrations to another person for this conference is permitted prior to the conference and onsite.
- The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the registration as well as updating any contact information.
- Badge sharing/splitting is STRICTLY prohibited.
By registering for the 2026 Lifesavers Conference, you agree and acknowledge that you are participating in Lifesavers Conference events and activities of your own free and intentional will. You acknowledge this freely and knowingly and that you are, as a result, able to participate in Lifesavers Conference events and hereby assume responsibility for your own well-being. You are also acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to germs/viruses exists in any public place where people are present and that you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to and agree not to hold Lifesavers Conference or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
The Lifesavers Conference plans to take photographs and video during the 2026 conference for reproduction in Lifesavers’ educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Lifesavers website. By participating in the 2026 Lifesavers Conference, you grant Lifesavers the right to use your name and photograph/image for such purposes. All postings are the property of Lifesavers and may be displayed or used by Lifesavers for any purpose.
No organization or individual attending the Lifesavers Conference is permitted to film during the conference for their own purposes, such as to promote a program, service, or product. This policy is in place to protect all attendees’ and exhibitors’ privacy and because it could be construed as an endorsement of the organization and/or its product, service and/or project by the host State and/or the Lifesavers Conference.
Organizations/individuals are also not permitted to use the Lifesavers Conference and/or general Lifesavers logo without express written permission.
