When you register for the conference, you will also have the opportunity to indicate any ADA requirements you may have.

By registering for the 2025 Lifesavers Conference, you agree and acknowledge that you are participating in Lifesavers Conference events and activities of your own free and intentional will. You acknowledge this freely and knowingly and that you are, as a result, able to participate in Lifesavers Conference events and hereby assume responsibility for your own well-being. You are also acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present and that you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Lifesavers Conference or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.

The Lifesavers Conference plans to take photographs during the 2025 conference for reproduction in Lifesavers educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Lifesavers website. By participating in the 2025 Lifesavers Conference, you grant Lifesavers the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes. All postings are property of Lifesavers and may be displayed or used by Lifesavers for any purpose.
