Registration
All conference events will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix, Arizona. CPS – Latest Technology Workshop: Child restraint manufacturers will highlight their latest technology/new product features at a pre-conference workshop held on Saturday, March 26, 2011. After February 11, rates increase to $450
In order to process your registration, a check (in U.S. dollars, payable to Lifesavers Conference, Inc.), credit card number (Visa or Mastercard only), or purchase order must accompany your registration form. Registration forms without an attached P.O. or payment will not be processed. The registration fee includes:
- Choice of over 80 workshops
- Reception Sunday evening in the Exhibit Hall
- Buffet lunch (Sunday)
- Two luncheons (Monday & Tuesday)
- Continental breakfast (Monday)
- Refreshment breaks
- All conference material
- Access to all exhibits
Cancellation Policy (back to top)
- Your cancellation request must be made in writing; please email it to registrar@ptfassociates.com
- Refunds will be issued after the conference
- March 14, 2011 is the deadline for canceling your conference registration and is subject to a $25 processing fee
- After March 14, 2011, you will not be eligible for a refund
- Note: canceling your registration does not cancel your hotel reservation
Financial Assistance (back to top) Applications will be available this Fall. Lifesavers is offering a $100 registration fee for qualified applicants
- It is offered to those demonstrating a clear financial need.
- Priority will be given to those who have not previously received assistance.
- Only one reduced fee per organization at the same location.
- Exhibitors are not eligible.
- Applications for reduced registration are due by January 28, 2011.
- Do not register for the conference until you have been notified of your acceptance. You will receive an email with special registration instructions on/by February 11, 2011.
- You are guaranteed the early conference reduced rate of $350 if you are denied assistance.
- Speakers may request additional assistance (see box on application). There is no deadline for speakers to apply.
Special Scholarship Fund for Post-Secondary Students to Participate in the Lifesavers Conference
A limited number of registrations are available at a reduced rate of $25 per person through a special scholarship fund for students interested in careers related to traffic safety, injury prevention, transportation public policy or urban planning. The early registration rate is $350 so the scholarship provides a value of $325. Students must be enrolled at an accredited institution for the 2010/11 academic year on a full-time or part-time basis at the college or post-graduate level. A copy of your student I.D. must be sent with your registration, and also presented when checking in at the conference. Scholarships are available on a first-come basis to qualified students. To register as a student, please mail or fax your form (found above on this page) with a copy of your student I.D., or register through the link found above on this page, and fax or mail a copy of your student I.D. separately, indicating you registered on-line.
