All 2018 conference activities are at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center • San Antonio, TX • April 22-24, 2018

Registration for the 2018 conference will open on/by November 13, 2017.

REGISTRATION FEES

$350 – Early Bird (until February 15, 2018)
$400 – Regular (February 16 – March 23, 2018)
$500 – Late (March 24 – April 24, 2018)
$100 – Students (high school/college) A student ID must be provided to register at this special rate; email your ID to Lofgren@meetingsmgmt.com to receive the approval code for registering as a student.
College students: visit the Traffic Safety Scholars page for information on applying for a Traffic Safety Scholars Program scholarship.

  • Cancelling your registration: email lofgren@meetingsmgmt.com. Lifesavers does NOT accept phone cancellations. Requests received by March 30, 2018 will be refunded less a $35 administrative fee. Requests after this date or “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund. If you have not yet made payment when cancelling, you are still responsible for the $35 cancellation fee.

EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES
For Profit: $1,200 (10′ x 10′ booth)
Non-Profit: $600 (10′ x 10′ booth) (Associations and Consumer Groups only)
Additional Booth Personnel: $250 for second person; $350 for each additional person

  • Cancelling your Booth Space: email mcgrath@meetingsmgmt.com.  Requests must be received by March 23, 2018 to receive a refund minus 50 percent fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
